Description
It all begins when the almond is immersed in brine to absorb the essence of fleur de sel. While still wet, it is drawn into a constant dance between water and coconut sugar. Finally, it is enveloped in a ring of cinnamon, sea salt, nutmeg, and coconut sugar, which naturally results in a smooth, golden-brown texture.
