We believe that nature knows best, so we wanted to toast and grind Spanish and American almonds and mix them in just the right dose, until we got a surprisingly delicious taste! We then added our right sized and slowly toasted pieces to make them super crunchy! The result was the ultimate extra crunchy almond paste! Can you imagine the extremity in your mouth with every bite?
At I'M NAT we want to come up with the best recipe, always! After selecting the best almonds and adding a touch of sea salt we added extra crunchy pieces in a BIG quantity to create this delicious paste that also cracks.
