Description
It all starts when the almond is immersed in brine to be invaded by the essence of the fleur de sel. Still wet, it is drawn into a constant dance between water and coconut sugar. At the end it is embraced in a wheel of cinnamon, sea salt, nutmeg and coconut sugar from which naturally results, a smooth and brownish texture.
