Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ice cream is ice cream. We see it as a dessert and honestly all year round, but of course, with the heat it always tastes better. What do you think of our Peanut Butter?
Ingredients:
- 1 bar of dark chocolate
- 6 ripe bananas
- Peanut Butter
Utensils:
- Silicone ice cream moulds
- ice-cream sticks
Recipe:
- We need to freeze the banana at least a day before;
- Place the frozen banana pieces in a blender and add two large spoonfuls of peanut butter;
- Fill the moulds and freeze for 4 hours;
- Melt the chocolate, either in the microwave or in a bain-marie. You can add a spoonful of coconut oil;
- Dip the ice creams into the melted chocolate and freeze again;
- Then decorate with peanut butter and put back in the freezer.
