PAD THAI

This time we wanted to be the main course! Pad Thai is a must 🤤

Ingredients (4 to 6 people):

- 500 grams of tagliatelle (we used rice)
- 3 carrots
- 1 courgette
- 2 mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- Salsa Thai (sweet chilli)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of tamari
- Soya shoots
- Roasted peanuts
- Coriander
- 1 lime

Recipe:
1- Cut the pepper, carrot, mushrooms and courgette into thin strips;
2- In a large wok, add the two tablespoons of tamari and the chopped vegetables;
3- Cook the pasta;
4- Mix the pasta with the vegetables and add the sauce, soya sprouts, roasted peanuts, coriander and a dash of lime. Mix well;
5- Serve hot. You can add more Thai sauce or more lime to enhance the flavour.
