Shopping and Shipping
We ship to any country in Europe. Delivery time and shipping cost may vary between countries.
So that everything arrives safely, we only ship via CTT, registered post.
For mainland Portugal and mainland Spain:
- Via CTT (registered mail) or via carrier (Nacex).
For islands in Portugal and Spain and the rest of Europe:
- Via CTT (registered mail).
If the payment is made until 14:00 of the same day:
- By carrier (Nacex): 24 Hours and you will receive your products.
- Via CTT (registered mail):
For mainland Portugal: About 1 working day.
For Azores and Madeira: About two working days.
For Rest of Europe: About 3 working days.
The deadlines indicated via CTT are indicative. They may be extended depending on transport limitations.
Through the code received via e-mail and by consulting the Nacex site or the CTT site, depending on the shipping option selected.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and the country of destination. They will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase.
Portugal Mainland: 30.00 eur.
Azores and Madeira: 80.00 eur.
Spain - Islands: 80.00 eur.
Continental Spain: 60.00 eur.
Rest of Europe: 100.00 eur.
If you have a promotional code, you can enter it at the end of the purchase, just before payment.
Our orders start being prepared as soon as we have confirmed the payment, so we will not be able to change orders that are already ready. If you have placed the wrong order, please contact us immediately and we will try to solve the problem.
We do not accept returns on purchases made in our online shop.
Products
Our products are not organic, although they are made from natural ingredients and we know all our local producers very well.
All our products are Gluten Free, meaning that they are free of gluten contamination (< 20ppm). Although most of our customers are not intolerant to gluten, we do not recommend its consumption, and therefore in our factory does not enter gluten!
All our products are suitable for Vegetarians, and most are also Vegan, but always check or contact us if you have any questions.
Yes! (this answer fills us with pride) Our dried fruit spreads consist mainly of roasted dried fruit, without sugars, palm oil or any other type of preservative, so they are a natural source of protein (vegetable) and healthy fats (monounsaturated), as well as of fibre. By including our spreads in your diet, you are making your diet healthier and more balanced, and also richer in nutrients and energy for your day!
This is a great idea before you put your jar in the yellow recycling bin. Dogs love peanut butter and ours is made with just peanuts and a little natural sea salt, so it will only do you good to share the delicious taste of our I'M NAT peanut butter with him!
Although we are committed to minimising our ecological footprint on the planet, we choose PET plastic mainly for 3 reasons: it is more resistant to transportation (and so your order will reach you in one piece), because it is lighter, and because it is a 100% recyclable product.
