Beetroot energy balls with peanut butter
Healthy snacks? We give you that and much more! You can take your Energy Balls everywhere and the little ones love them too.
1 - Boil the beetroot and puree it.
2 - Break the cashews into pieces.
3 - Mix all the ingredients together with damp hands.
4 - Put the balls in the fridge for 10 minutes.
5 - Remove from the fridge and roll in grated coconut or any other topping you like.
