Cookies are an essential part of the operation of this website. The main purpose of our Cookies is to improve the user's browsing experience. For example, they are used to remember your preferences (language, country, etc.) during navigation and future visits.

The information collected by Cookies also allows us to improve the website by calculating usage figures and patterns, the suitability of the website to individual user interests, faster searches, etc.

Sometimes, if we have obtained your informed consent in advance, we may use cookies, tags or other similar mechanisms to obtain information to enable us to show you, on our website, on the website of third parties, or in any other media, advertising based on the analysis of your browsing habits.

We do not store any content relating to credit cards or other payment methods, sensitive content, address or password.

5. WHO USES THE INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE COOKIES?

The information stored in Cookies from our website is used exclusively by us, with the exception of those identified as "third-party cookies", which are used and managed by external entities providing services requested by us, in order to improve our services and your browsing experience when browsing our website. These "third-party cookies" are mainly used to obtain access to statistics and to ensure that payment transactions are carried out.

CGeneral Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Ordering and Purchasing Process

The ordering and purchasing process is possible via your customer account or, if you prefer, via the guest form - where the creation of a customer account is not required.

2. Payment Methods

After the completion of the order, the purchase will be registered and, if the payment method selected is MBWAY or Multibanco Reference there will be a defined deadline for the payment of the order. After this deadline, if there is no confirmation of payment, the order will be cancelled. Some payment methods allow the recording of the data necessary to perform the payment transaction - namely PayPal and Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa). However, no personal data will be stored in this context, so their management should be done directly with the provider of the respective service.

Credit Card

Payment by credit card, Visa or Mastercard, benefiting from the advantages of liquidity and payment deadlines offered by your bank. All transactions in the online shop I'M NAT are secure, and we emphasise once again that no data associated with the card will be stored, beyond its identification by the last 4 digits. The management entity of this payment method is STRIPE, so I'M NAT is not responsible for the direct withdrawal of the purchase value of the card.

If, for any reason, it is necessary to cancel, partially or totally, the order, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days and will be returned directly to the card with which the order was made.

ATM

Payments by ATM can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking. Once the order process is completed, an ATM reference will be generated, which will be sent in the order confirmation email or can be viewed in the final order summary.

To make the payment at an ATM, you must select the option "Payment of Services/Purchases" and enter the corresponding entity, reference and amount. Please note that these references will only be valid for a period of 48 hours - at the end of this period you may contact us to resolve the issue.

The order will be shipped the working day after the payment of the order. I'M NAT is not responsible for out of stock in the period between placing the order and the payment of the same. 

MB WAY

You can pay your order via the MB WAY payment system. During the order process you must select this payment method and indicate the mobile phone number associated with the application, access it and follow the indicated purchase confirmation steps.

If the number entered does not correspond to a payment number registered in that application, or if you entered your number incorrectly, or if you chose the wrong payment method, please contact us so that we can resolve your issue. The same applies when you exceed the payment period (5 minutes).

PAYPAL

You can pay your order using your Paypal account. You can choose this payment method and make a quick checkout, using your Paypal user profile data or just select it when choosing your payment method. To pay with this method you must have a Paypal account with funds and active.

Some payment methods are only available for Portuguese customers, such as MBWAY and the Multibanco Reference.

2. INVOICING AND DELIVERIES

Once your order has been dispatched, it may take up to 15 working days for the invoice for your order to arrive by e-mail.

Once the distributor has the delivery data you will receive an SMS with the delivery confirmation and your delivery number, usually within 24 hours for mainland Portugal, after this SMS. It is with this delivery number and link sent by the distributor that you can control your order, after it leaves our warehouses.

If you are not contacted by the distributor, and you have not managed to receive your order, you should contact us at hello@iamnat.pt so that we can help you. For faster service, you must provide us with the delivery number received by the carrier and your order number or e-mail. You may have up to 5 delivery attempts. If you fail all attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouses and a reshipment may have additional costs for you (shipping costs, charged according to the order's destination).

You can, therefore, choose to receive your order at an address of your choice (except in P.O. boxes). To do this, all you need to do is provide the address where you will be present between 09:00 and 18:00 on any working day, so we suggest places where you are sure there will always be someone there: workplace, doorman, private address. We point out that it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time as it will depend on the courier's route on the day of delivery, which is defined by the transport service.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to I'M NAT and, consequently, in additional costs. Or, in some cases, it may also lead to a delay in delivery, as the distributor will have to check the delivery address with the recipient or the sender (us).

For reasons of service organization and distribution procedures of the carriers, the identification data of the recipient will be printed on a label that will be placed on the outside of the shipping box. Since these are personal data, we advise you to destroy or erase them after receiving the order.

The shipping costs and delivery times are different depending on the delivery area of the order, being divided into:

- Portugal Mainland: From 3.95€ and 2 working days for delivery. Free on orders over 30€.

- Azores and Madeira Islands: From £5.80 and 2 working days for delivery (deadlines may be extended depending on transport constraints).

- Continental Spain: From 6.90€ and 2 working days for delivery. Free on orders over 70€.

- Europe (Schengen Area): From £16.17 and 2 to 10 working days for delivery (depending on the country).

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, during working hours, except on local or national holidays, to the address indicated when placing the order. There may be exceptional delays in deliveries during periods of local or national calamity, adverse weather conditions or festive seasons.

We do not ship outside Continental Europe and the Islands.

3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

- EXCHANGES

Exchanges only occur on orders that have not yet been sent and can never exceed the value of the initial order. In other words: if your first order has a value of £30, you cannot exchange an order of a lower or higher value, but you can change the products in that order, always making up the initial value.

- RETURNS

I'M NAT returns happen when:

1. AMOUNT RETURN OF THE SENDED ORDER: This happens when you are not satisfied with your order: because some product has been received in a bad state (either because of its physical packaging or its interior); some product has been received after its expiry date; or the order has not been received at all. In this situation, you should contact us at hello@iamnat.pt.

2. RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE ORDER NOT SENT: This happens when you did not want to complete your order, and unintentionally completed and paid for it. This happens when you wish to cancel an order - which only happens when it has not yet been sent. In this situation, you should talk to us through hello@iamnat.pt.

3. RETURN OF THE ORDER: This happens when the order has arrived due to mishandling by the distributor and you haven't opened any of its contents yet. You can ask for a refund of the amount paid and we will ask our distribution partners to come to your address to collect the delivered items - which may take up to 2 working days.

The return of incomplete or damaged products, as well as products without the original packaging and/or label, or products with evidence of having been used, will not be accepted.

- REFUNDS

The refund is made to the same bank account with which the order was made and may take up to 15 working days to be received at the destination. It only applies to returns, or the non-shipment of products due to spontaneous out of stock - in any case, you will always be notified of such action. 

Any refund should always be requested to hello@iamnat.pt , and for this to be faster, the following should be indicated: the reason, the e-mail associated to the order or order number, the payment method used.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All procedures necessary to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products presented in the online shop are in compliance with legal requirements are strictly followed. However, situations may occur in which the product information, including prices and promotional campaigns, has not been correctly published. In these cases, I'M NAT reserves the right not to follow up orders with these products or if there are spontaneous out of stock. In any case, the I'M NAT team will contact you via the email address that you provide in your customer account or order. 

Below is a list of reasons why I'M NAT may not be able to send the order you have requested:

- Out of stock;

- Inability to obtain payment authorisation;

- Order considered to be fraudulent.

All products, campaigns, promotions and offers are limited to the physical stock available and/or the units stipulated for the campaign.

If the order has been paid for and due to out of stock reasons any of the products in the order have been affected by the situation you will be contacted by our team to choose to receive a refund of the value of that particular product, the exchange of that product for another of the same value or to receive a discount code of the value of the affected product to use on a future order.

I'M NAT also reserves the right not to allow the purchase process to be completed if any situation is detected due to a computer error in the order creation process, in any of the subsequent phases.

The use of discount codes in the I'M NAT online shop is not cumulative - that is, only one discount can be used at a time, and only for the period determined for that discount. We also reserve the right to modify the promotional action, in terms of its conclusion (advancing or postponing it) at any time. We also reserve the right to change sale prices.

5. SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the products or services of I'M NAT and want to make a suggestion or complaint, you can do so at any time, to the e-mail hello@iamnat.pt. This will be dealt with as quickly as possible, every working day from 9am to 6pm, by the I'M NAT team.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, or if the product received is different from what you ordered, you will need to attach a video or photograph to your claim in order to prove the problem detected or the condition in which the order arrived. These materials must be clear and visible.

The products, information, services and other content provided by I'M NAT or on social networks, including, any products, information, emails, services and other content offered by any hyperlink, are provided for information purposes only and in summary form. This information is not a substitute for the advice of a doctor or other health professional or for any information on the back of each package, where you can find nutritional information. Before purchasing any product you should contact your doctor or pharmacist.
